Sparkland Trading это HFT-трейдинг, небольшая мультинациональная команда профи. Поскольку помимо алгоритмов в трейдинге решают еще и мили-секунды, а тематика задач следующие: high-frequency, low-latency, вытягивание милисекунд, HFT, высоко-часточные запросы, highload, архитектурная оптимизация.

Если ты:

• Эксперт Python, и знаешь про него все, или
• Senior / Эксперт по высоким нагрузкам, с Python в продакшене (С++ или Rust тоже будет, если захочешь) или
• Эксперт в HFT с любым стеком

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive Python 3 experience (5 years+) with a good grasp of advanced concepts including generators, async/await, GIL and multiprocessing
• Deep understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Prior experience working with mission-critical, high-performance applications
• Knowledge and extensive experience with network protocols: REST, Websockets, FIX
• Experience with profiling, debugging and testing Python applications
• English on a level of every day communication with international team

You will come in and start pointing out the architectural flaws of the system after some short time, constantly suggesting things to improve in the system, enforcing best practices and giving the team a really hard time when reviewing PRs

Bonus points

• Knowledge in financial markets and low latency/high-frequency systems
• Experience with Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++ or Rust
• Experience with AWS, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus
• Contributions to open-source projects

• Salary: up to 15.000$ per month + 6-month bonuses + a fund of strategies that you will be able to invest in (basically investing in the company performance). We can raise it if you dare.
