Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Python Team Lead passionate about AI and software development to join our team. As a crucial member of our team, you will lead a group of 3-5 junior Python developers, actively contributing to our codebase, conducting code reviews, and ensuring continuous improvement of our AI engine. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, and mentor a team of junior Python developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
- Actively participate in the development of our Python/Postgre/AI-powered platform, including coding, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various locations to drive product vision and implement scalable software solutions.
- Cultivate an agile development environment, adapting swiftly to changes and optimizing workflows for efficiency.
- Drive innovation by staying updated on AI and legal technology advancements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial experience, with a strong background in Python development, showcasing expertise in AI and software engineering.
- Ability to collaborate with core teams (frontend, UX, etc.) to refine UX and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and organized, with prior leadership experience in managing software development teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
- Good English communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and adaptable project management approach.
